Super Easy Cake

Pistachio Cake

When my friend brought me this cake, I had to get the recipe.

Yup! What you see is all you need.

Can't be easier than this.

1 Box of  Yellow Cake Mix

1 Small box of Pistachio flavor Jell-O/Pudding mix

3-4 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1 cup water

Bake at 350 for an hour.

Icing is optional.

1 cup of powder sugar

1 1/2 TBS of water

1/4ts vanilla

Had a peice of this last night for a late night dessert and another piece for breakfast.
