Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

This fluffy and light whole wheat pancake is our all time favorite!

RECIPE:

INGRIDIENTS:

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
* I like to use whole wheat pastry flour.
This flour makes it even more light and fluffy.

2 ts baking powder
3 TB brown sugar or other sweetner
1/2 ts salt
1 egg
1 cup 1 % milk or plain soymilk
* you may need 1-2 TB more milk depending on the kind of flour you use.
1/2 cup blueberry

* * * * * * * * * * * * *
This will make 8 4" round pancakes as you see in the picture.

You really don't need syrup for this.
